Been waiting 6 months for £2500 have £20,000 in my balance too.. can nothing be done about this? How do they get away with it? they cancelled my withdrawal twice every 3 months. This is the last bull excuse they gave me last week, made out to me if I withdraw again it’ll be instant but guess what.. still nothing.

That's possible, but I'd still be careful. You might get the money once and then not again. I saw that you tried to get the money at the end of last year with the help of the complaint and without success, so I would say you had a picture of what the casino is like.
So I personally wouldn't hope to get any more cash. 😥

Ive been waiting since 3rd december for my winnings. They’ve cancelled my withdrawal every 3 months with a new bullshit excuse, this was the most recent email they sent me:
I'm not surprised, to tell you the truth. This casino has a pretty low safety index and most of the players had problems or got paid once and then not anymore. The complaints section where you can see your two complaints that have not been resolved because the casino does not communicate with us at all.
I would probably accept that I won't get anything because it's a long time to wait.
You also need to take a lesson from what casinos you play in and try to inform yourself before you deposit your money somewhere.
I wish it had turned out differently.
