Hey, I just wanted to say that the easiest thing to do would be to contact them with this problem. I see you realized it but probably too late when they suspended your account. Why didn't you write to the casino right before you created another account?

Theoretically you could file a complaint with us, but I don't know if that will help, but at least you can try if you can't contact them.

I have noticed this issue as well and attempted to contact them via email, but unfortunately, I did not receive a response. Furthermore, I am unable to use the chat function because I cannot log in. I genuinely appreciate the site and would like to continue using it in the future, but I do not believe creating a third account to reach out to them would resolve the problem. This is why I am trying this platform in hopes of receiving a response.

I clearly understand your situation. Did you also deposit into the other account and have some money there and then it was blocked? Did you have any conversation where you told them to close that account and that you wanted to keep the other one?

Hello I joined Celsius casino via a popular slot streamer and joined their site. I took the deposit bonus and completed wagering - initially I had an issue withdrawing but once I KYC they resolved it and i got my winnings to my bank.


I have since tried to redeposit using fiat but it didn’t work and after multiple contacts with the support team I asked if crypto deposits would work and was told yes. I have since deposited USDT (ERC) and it has not arrived filefile

Oh I'm sorry, so when you deposited through the crypto casino did it tell you something about the deposit not arriving yet? They can't influence it if the money hasn't reached them yet. Did you try to see if the crypto transaction was successful and everything was fine? When did you deposit there and how long are you waiting for the money to arrive?

They eventually got back to me via the chat and explained that there was some issue with ERC20 deposits - I’ve used and been involved with crypto a long time so I was surprised at this.

To be fair to the casino, they then credited me with the deposit but on the TRC chain and then paid out the welcome bonus.


The casino is ok and I’ve had successful deposits and withdrawals - I just get the feeling sometimes the live chat are not that interested in helping and things take a really long time to resolve

So it worked out pretty well I would say in the end and not many casinos would have handled it that way. 

You have to give them credit for that. 

However, if they can improve on write-off time or overall dedication to players, then they have room to do so. 

Constructive criticism is never a bad thing.🙂

Dessa bedragare stal 959 euro från mig. Jag vann nästan hela beloppet genom att spela slots. Istället för att betala ut mina vinster blockerade denna bedragare mitt konto och svarade aldrig på mitt e-postmeddelande!
