Jag har skickat ett klagomål, jag har skickat begäran om självuteslutning tre gånger, jag fortsätter att spela och tyvärr svarar ingen mig, varken via e-post eller chatt. Jag är desperat, jag vet inte hur jag ska göra.

Not a complaint, but a potential reliability issue - Celsius seems to display a Curaçao licence however it looks like it's not a valid one...

I do not know if it's a fake or if it expired but that's not a great sign for this website 😕

Oh I didn't see it broke the page if I copy/pasted the URL.

But yes that's exactly what I did, and it still shows it as not valid. Very weird. Well anyway I probably won't spend much time on Celsius, that was just in case 😀

I always have a thing for good looking Casinos 😏

But still, that's exactly what I did. Even when I click on this validator I still see the invalid license. I don't get it.


Anyway, maybe it's just me, so I will trust you on this!

Why do this casino not ever respond to anything??? Even the scam casinos respond...with this one...nothing. Some of the worst customer support in history with this site. I would stay well clear if your thinking about getting paid as well.

Hello, I see you have a problem with the withdrawal and communication with the casino. 

Nevertheless, how long have you been waiting for the withdrawal ? I suppose you don't know any reason why that is. Is your account fully verified yet ?

20 days. 6 emails and on Live Chat today I had to create another account to actually try and speak to them...guess what...ignored again!!! This site is an absolute disgrace. We are talking about 0.01 BTC ffs

I verified what they asked me to verify on first deposit. I then deposited again following that and then asked them to close my account because of gambling issues. Prior to that I withdrew the remaining 0.01 BTC in the account and I got a "Success" message. I checked the crypto address etc, all fine. 20 days now and no response at all to multiple attempts to communicate with them, just nothing. Incredible really. Surely this is heading for the Scam list.
