Ok jag kommer definitivt att göra det. Jag undrar hur det är möjligt att de i Italien ännu inte har stoppat dessa brottslingar, mycket konstigt eftersom betplays.com inte har licensen att verka i territoriet.

Anyway, I don't know if you can just take such an action and shutdown the casino, but it doesn't have the best safety index and I have a feeling it's slowly going down. So I think it's good if players share their experiences and others can read them.

That's one way not to be scammed, to inform yourself before you play somewhere.  

This is the target, they pay or I carry on talking about my bad experience, and I invite everyone to do so.. 6783 € not paid without any logical reason..lost for lost, betplays will pay the consequences..

Okay, so if they haven't paid you anything and haven't given you a reasonable reason, how long has it been going on ? I'm sorry if I've asked this before, but I'm a bit lost. Did you think about filing a complaint when you didn't hear anything relevant from the casino ? Unless of course it's about sports betting. It's not a bit of money and maybe it would have been the right thing to do.

I know you have contacted law firm based on what we shared last time, so I'm curious where this will lead you and what you will be able to resolve. Be sure to update us with the outcome when you find out more, because I'm quite interested.

Jag väntar på resultatet, jag kontaktade min advokat för två dagar sedan som berättade att det formella meddelandet skickades via post och e-post men betplays (bara att uttala företagets namn får mig att känna mig arg och irriterad) till Han har fortfarande' t svarade idag. Jag fruktar att dessa brottslingar inte kommer att svara, under tiden har jag vidarebefordrat en rapport till den italienska statspolisen

I see that you perhaps took all the steps you could, so hopefully it will turn out fair for you and soon you will have some news and the situation will advance a bit more. 

For now, though, I guess we'll both just have to wait.

Hej jamel, betplays har inte svarat på min advokats brev än och sbgok har inte heller kontaktat mig, dessutom har trustpilot tagit bort min recension eftersom den anser att den är felaktig. Jag är djupt besviken och frustrerad, jag har tappat lusten att satsa, den här affären har verkligen chockat mig, jag kan inte ge upp. Med 5000 euro kunde jag ha gjort många saker. Det som gör mig mest arg är att ha blivit lurad, lurad och framför allt manipulerad per telefon av deras företrädare Daniel och Mira som hela tiden ringde mig för att erbjuda mig bonusar och övertyga mig om att sätta in. Hej Jaro. Betplays svarar inte på min advokats brev. Jag blev lurad förstår du? Hjälp mig snälla, det är 5000 euro orättvist stulen, jag bröt inte mot några regler, absolut!!! De stängde mitt konto och konfiskerade medlen eftersom beloppet som ska betalas är betydande

We would love to help you, but as your complaint mentions it's sports betting related, unfortunately it won't work and I've explained the reason before.

However, if you are interested I have a few links to sites dealing with sports betting and maybe they could help you with your case there. Would you be interested in me posting the links ? After all, you don't get anything for it and you're probably just sacrificing your time.

I don't see why we should put pressure on the casino if you don't have a complaint ? Also, it is quite important whether it is sports betting or not and I have already explained that. We simply don't have the insight to support such players and our team doesn't know enough about similar situations. And if you go to defend a player and you don't know anything about it, then we don't have a position to take. 

So I'm sorry, but if that's the case, we are not able to help. 😕

I understand your point of view, but also know that players come here to get an idea about this or that site, if they subsequently find that it is rated 8/10 then they get scammed once they have won a considerable amount, it will not be a good experience for them..i meant by that, 8/10 does not reflect the true value of the site betplays.com I give them 00/10 and I am good with them. your rating is a trap for players, excuse me for telling you, that's why I think you have to invest in sports betting too so that your work is complete and that gives more credibility to your site, therefore casino or sports betting, money is money..
