I've seen what Peter wrote in the complaint and since it was handled by him, from what I can tell, that's probably the best you're going to get. kazino betonred har under en månad inte kunnat svara mig med de nödvändiga bevisen om min vinst på 2500 euro kom från de riktiga pengarna på den insättning på 50 euro jag gjorde eller om jag hade gått in i bonusfonden.

När jag håller med om punkt 3.9 på deras hemsida spelas de riktiga pengarna först och sedan bonusen. file tills slutet

Hello, im registrated with betonred.

So far I have never had any problems with them regarding withdrawals. My account is verified. On April 19th I made a withdrawal of 500 euros which is still pending. On Friday the 26th I sent a statement at their request because they wanted to check what had happened and they replied that the payment provider has technical problems and cannot accept withdrawals and that they should be resolved early this week. Meanwhile today Monday 29th still no withdrawal received. The strange thing is that they paid me two withdrawals that I made on Sunday 20th April and I received the money on Tuesday 22nd. So I'm really confused and I can't understand what's happening. Can you help me please thanks

Hi, I see you've been waiting for a while for a withdrawal, but I'd say it's not that terrible. On the other hand, I understand that you would probably want more information or a timeframe, but I suppose if the payment provider has a problem, the casino probably won't be able to give it to you. 

However, I wouldn't be skeptical right away because as you say, two withdrawals have come in, so I would try to be a bit patient and hope that once the payment provider solves their issue, you will be able to withdraw the rest without any problems. Of course, if it's not resolved and it's still dragging on and nothing changes within the 14 days we give the casinos to send the money to the player, then you can file a complaint and our team will try to help you. But for now I would hold out and if everything is okay on your side then we will see what happens next.

Jag har varit utan det overifierade kontot i 2 dagar, när jag redan hade gjort ett uttag utan problem, jag har skickat dokumentationen, och med 1700 euro i väntande uttag och nu kan jag inte komma åt sidan och de svarar inte på mina e-postmeddelanden som support , jag vet inte vad jag ska göra och jag är ganska orolig att det är en bluff

Not sure where your question is heading, but usually the payment provider is a third-party company, so there is a little chance you would get to them.

Jaro tried to say, that if the casino does not handle the payouts directly, they will most likely pass the expected time frame to you because the casino also lacks the information. Furthermore, if the payment provider stands behind the initial delay, I imagine the casino simply does not possess the answer.

It may sound a bit frustrating, yet this is a common model. Try to be patient, please.

If I may add my point of view, I feel a bit of a misunderstanding here. To be able to receive payment, you need to have access to a certain bank account. It does not matter whether you prefer online banking or have to visit the post office to be able to interact with the funds.

In this case, the post office is just an access point, not a party directly involved in the transaction.

When they say "supplier" the casino is referring to its third-party partner called "payment provider", as explained:

Imagine the casino as a company using shared services, which is perfectly normal these days. Such a company delegated every possible action to other companies, focusing solely on concrete tasks or jobs.

It has nothing to do with the post office, and, more likely, not even with your bank.

Based on the previous info, the casino's payment provider has issues, and even the casino is waiting for a solution or updates.
