Well, thank you for describing your situation and I see that it ended up as unresolved- against fair gambling. However, by the casino getting black points, it lowers its safety index, which I understand is not what you want to see, but it is the only thing we can do in this case. Michal tried to help as much as he could, but unfortunately he didn't find a consensus with the casino. 

Nevertheless, there is still a chance to file a complaint with an authority, as you have been advised to do in your complaint. 

I'm sorry that this is the way this case turned out, but believe me, we tried to do everything we could. 

I hope you will not encounter such a bad experience in the future. 🙁

A no deposit bonus maybe? And from this bonus you have won the money. Is that correct? To withdraw your winnings they have asked you to make a deposit. This is quite a non unusual tactic, as I would say, for casinos to do. This way they are actually able to start with the KYC process. It can take a few days to complete your verification before your withdrawal can be completed.

We give casinos 14 days to complete the verification process. I would recommend you to be just a little patient and wait few more days. Allow me to add just a little detail here. Just have in mind please that the Christmas holidays are coming, where things slow down, and I suppose here it won't be any different.

Are you sure it has closed? I mean, did they at least send you a note? Not that it would solve the money problem, but I prefer to ask if you don't mind.

I sent the site for inspection, but sadly, there is not much I can do for you now. Feel free to make a complaint.

Honestly, it was a terrible site to deal with, so I'll leave the decision up to you. At least there are no costs for trying it out. 🙏

Dont waste your time here the slots are rigged a very horrible experience one of the worst and i have been playing for over 10 years and this casino should be banned
