Yet how can they expect players to follow T&Cs when they do not follow them? The player has been a victim here of the casinos half baked approach. All they need is an identifier such as mobile number which is more difficult to change. That way people can't make multiple accounts. Also, they can find duplicate deposit methods...so again...why not stop the deposit from the player rather than allow it and then decline the withdrawal? So many questions but BC.Game sure won't answer.

My problem was that they continued to allow the creation of new accounts despite requesting exclusion on each and every one of them. They allowed deposits from the same methods, some withdrawals, never asked for KYC and don't really understand what the words "severe gambling issues" means even when sending pyschologist reports etc showing how bad it is. They allowed deposits from the same wallet, same IP, same device without question.

Last month, after almost 2 years of trying, I was able to follow Self Exclusion on BC.Game and I cannot create new accounts - well theoretically I can create new accounts, but they block the wallet/IP apparently.

If I may, I would remove streamers from this discussion since casinos can easily claim that streamers are not regular players and that using a VPN to play is entirely up to them. Literally gone back through my emails - 27 emails sent over 5 email accounts to attempt to speak to them since June - number of responses, zero. Surely their rep here is more responsive? Although I have a lawyer who is dealing with the case in Curacao I still would like to seek their final response - they don't realise that by ignoring they are making the case against them stronger!

We surely believe that this could be avoided if there was software implemented. But it always depends on what you have to include in the registration form and if it could be somehow detected by the system.🤷‍♀️

I'll tell you what they require Romi - Email Address, password. Literally that is it, nothing else. That is why these problems arise....500 Casino are the same. It is easy for these companies to make a minor change, not impactful at all, to cover themselves...yet because they know they don't have to do it they just continue.

Are they? Well....lets see if they answer...because they sure as hell don't answer emails, like not even an acknowledgement of emails, nothing. We all want situations resolved fairly...but they are not currently playing fair because they ignore everything.
