Bank gave information as educational and basically told me that byte news and arab international Academy are using same merchant code so maybe they moved into the office space

Just asked Goldenbet for details on their NikoTPF merchant and made a SAR request, they have declined to do both and said to email again if i require further clarification?

Hi mate, this has shocked me. Monzo have raised several disputes against b n but are now rejecting all my others I’ve raised complaints etc and even got in writing and recording the bank staff agreeing with me. I’ve been trying to get the rest of the payments disputes raised since November and they keep saying resubmit then reject asking for evidence (which was in the submission) any chance I can message you privately or you ban send me your responses as I’m hitting a brick wall and it’s really taking its toll. There’s no consistency and I simply cba to go down fos route when i just need the disputes raised. The disputes they have raised (with less evidence and apparently automated) have competed uncontested but they still refuse to raise the rest.

Hi mate as below I started off by saying I never received anything like perfume or furniture from Nigeria then eventually I came clean and said its incorrect mcc transaction laundering and that other banks had got the money back I had to raise a complaint though and then got the fos. Involved copying them in after they said go to them then they raised them they also asked me to contact them the dodgy merchants but of coarse there was no reply it was fake webpages

I managed to find the Ceo of spaceedge.io also if anyone is interested. He wasn't too happy that I called him out publicly either his name is Eriks Zohovs he is a professional ice hockey player in Lithuania. I posted on his teams page that he is a criminal lol for being complicit in money laundering.considering I sent over 20 emails to his company and got not 1 response and his company was even trading outside of the jurisdiction of the law of his country. He soon responded .Basically telling me to get bank to contact the company for a refund as they don't just issue refunds

See and this is the problem the banks are reluctant to help even when you can show them the merchant has asked them to get involved. It's almost like they know most banks won't help by saying this.

They have closed my case down threw lack of evidence because I can't prove the transactions came from said casino because I've been blocked as they didn't pay me out so the by told me they have to buy law give you this information! Yeah right goldenbet don't give a rats ass about rules and regulations I told him surely it's up to them to prove I've received goods from the merchant no and he said well we need proof still. So I'm not sure what comes next I've only got Elegro telling me to go to bank and raise it and live support chat that basically tells me to wait for emails that never arrive! So what more can I do at this point.

So goldenbet will not let you access your account ? If that is the case Email them back and state under the GDPR. You demand that they send you a full transparent copy of all transactions/deposits withdrawals ect and account balance failure to supply this is a serious breach of their licence and Caracaco gambling regulatory laws .If they can not or will not provide this they must give you access to your account for a period of 24hrs to obtain this information ,by law they must hold this data for i think its 3 years don't quote me on that but I am pretty sure that's what I read .But they only show 20 days of transaction on account so you may be able get what you need .I would also take a look at the CGB licence terms and conditions before writing the email so you have all your ducks in row .

Honestly can’t remember how I found out! I’ll try check but they replied to my initial email so I know it’s deffo correct. They won’t reply anymore though 😵‍💫 they’re also a portfolio of a polish company called Daftcode

Just contacted Goldenbet for an SAR request myself, which they denied, said if i require further clarification on why i need to contact them again. They won't answer questions that could incriminate them or anything like that, they just default back to their terms and conditions bulls*it reply. I would love to find out who actually runs the company and where they're based.
