I found a nice game and ended up winning R21000,00 but cannot get my winnings out it is always an excuse. First I must use my credit card account for EFT, then my cheque account, then EFT has a technical issue and I must use electronic wallets, then I can’t use Bitcoin as I never used it to make the deposit. I’ve been trying for days but it has been rejected 21 times! Don’t play on this platform!!!

Hello, could you tell me what platform are we talking about where you are trying to withdraw money ? I believe it's not nice if your withdrawal has been rejected several times and there is always something different behind it even if you used an alternative. How long have you been trying to withdraw ? Is there anything that the casino has recommended to you to prevent your withdrawal from being rejected again ?

Hej, mycket bra, häromdagen satte en familjemedlem och jag in pengar med deras kreditkort på mitt mystake-konto, cirka 30 euro, vi tjänade 480 euro och när det var dags att ta ut bad de mig att verifiera mitt kreditkort eftersom jag hade det inte fysiskt, så jag skickade kontoutdraget. med alla insättningar som gjordes med det kortet i kasinot. Well, I think it's a verification that you would do in almost any casino if you wanted to withdraw money, so it doesn't seem to me as something strange as I already mentioned. You always verify yourself and the payment method so what do you see as the problem ? Are you playing in an online casino for the first time ?

Only when you go through this process successfully you will be allowed to withdraw, so obviously that's why you should get the money back to your player account again. 🤔

I don't think I think too much. I just wanted to know where you see the problem, because I didn't see it in what you wrote. 

That the casino doesn't want to give you money would certainly be one, but it's not if you haven't done the verification. That's a common thing that happens. 

If you pass it successfully like I said, then you should be able to withdraw.
