I always have a separate email for gambling, because nobody at work and in my family can know about this. I also strongly advise against using "sign up with" gmail, facebook, appleID, as that with that kind of login, you are sharing your password! These companies have had big data breaches and cannot be trusted on such sensitive data, simples, just use a separate email for gambling.

I'd probably do it anyway. Casinos should keep strict data protection but sometimes there can be an attack for which they can't be responsible and it's better to keep it separate.
I guess the thing to think about is that if nobody can know that you are playing in the casinos, something is probably not quite right.😕
