After a few deposits, I requested a withdrawal. They processed it with minimal KYC requirements, only asking for my ID. I submitted it, and the withdrawal went through since I was overall at a loss.

However, after making a few more deposits—without using any bonuses—I won a small jackpot of about €2,000. That’s when the problems started.

They suddenly demanded excessive verification, including a selfie with my ID, a selfie with my ID and a handwritten note, a screenshot of my Binance wallet, a utility bill, a bank statement, and more.

I provided all the requested documents, yet they still refused my withdrawal for ridiculous reasons, such as claiming that my handwritten note didn’t have lines.

They will find any excuse to delay your payout. This experience left a very bad taste, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
