Waiting for a withdrawal over 2 months .Contacted Pagcor the licence holders in the Philippines. They informed me they withdrew Frumzi casino licence on the 31st December 2024 .If you are owed money by this casino i can safely say that you will not get your money .All you can do now is contact mastercard or visa and make them aware you were scammed and contact the police .I contacted pragmatic play also .All you can do now is stop others depositing here as this casino has no licence .Unfortunately they have my bank details thats why I contacted the police
28/1/25 Frumzi emails me to tell me they have not got my bank details to process withdrawal.I can see by my sent email that they have my bank details 3 times in the last month.It really is hard to believe
