I won a little bit for a while on this app, first withdraw was about $200, then I finally hit big and tried to withdraw $3,00 winnings. Guess what they took a week to even adress my withdrawal. When they did get back to me about the withdrawal, the requested KYC documentation, despite already being verified and already made a withdraw. Plus they start asking documentation that was never stated as a necessity on the t&cs. It has been a month of me going back and forth with them. And they still have my $3,000
- Very bad support, slow reply and can’t adress issues
- Lack of transparency
- kYC forms requested are ridiculous, making it impossible to withdraw
- Steel your money
