I've tried to deposit by my debit Mastercard and it didn't go through, then I attempted to deposit with my debit Visa and guess what, it has failed again! Why?! I have no idea!
Later I've uploaded the required documents for KYC because I thought that maybe this was the reason why I couldn't deposit, I've not received any reply in regards with my documents and the failed deposits.
Furthermore, I tried to contact them by email but I couldn't find any, I attempted to contact them by live chat but it seems like they have blocked me from contacting them, whenever I click the live support nothing pops up, nothing happens!
I feel fustrated and puzzled, I could never recommend such a casino which prioritizes cryptos against anything else!
