If I want to be fair with theses guys I need to change my review. They've improved a lot lately. We can play pragmatic games now without any problem. I no longer get the error code 211 that I would always get while the games were crashing. And they have a really fast withdrawal now, even on a Sunday I got my money within 2h. I give them a huge tumbs up for the latest improvement. I still never got my money tho for the cash splash wins, which prevents me from giving them a better score. Here was my prenious review :
This is probably one of the worst online casinos I've played. They give you nice bonuses when you deposit money but if you cash your winnings once, you will probably never win again. Six months with weekly sometimes daily deposits and barely no bonuses and no gains which means no fun. I,m not a big gambler but I like to be able to play a little with the money I give them, not 20 minutes. Games crashes all the time. If you like Pragmatic games, for some players it's just unplayable. 45 seconds wait for a spin then it crashes. Also, I participated to the fire fiesta tournament and got about 5 cash drop wins, it's been over a month and never got payed for these, even if the rules specified a payement in 5 business days. They are still wainting for the winner list (they say). Strange on other casinos I got payed the same day. It's too bad they are associated with the Grand Wolinak, I use to like going there but not anymore.
