A bonus for the grand total of £5 was enabled on my account. I thought nothing of it, it would be a nice little bonus once I meet the £100 wager requirement. I was wrong!
I was in the middle of playing Blackjack, deposited a total of £2k, lost it all... not a problem, I'm fine when genuinely losing, the bonus had already been enabled and I thought I had already met the requirements and it was done.
So I deposited £600. Playing blackjack, got up to a balance of £1,400. Then all of a sudden my balance reduces to £288.
To my shock, they have taken my real cash balance and linked it with the bonus which wager requirements should already have been met.
Then on the bonus, they applied a maximum winning limit of £38.
So they reduced my real cash balance by £1.1k and replaced it with the bonus value of £38.
After speaking with live chat, email and their VIP contact. Nobody is willing to listen to my case, nobody will escalate the issue to a manager and I was supposed to receive a callback 5 hours ago but it never came.
Things were going great until this experience. It's dodgy and as a result I highly recommend avoiding!
