STAY AWAY!
I won almost 200 euro, but then the war breake out! Out of nowhere they couldnt sent ne my winning to either my creditcard, skrill or banktransfer and they did absolutely do NOTHING to help me get my money. My mission is to tell all gamblers about this SCAM Casino - Its above my fantasy how they can get such a high rating in here! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM CASINO!!!

I did actually conact the casino again after their represensative replied in here - the resualt was the same as last time... they will deny anything and ignorre you. I will now post the whole mail-correspendace I had with them in the forum to show how awfull this crappy scam casino is. Its above my knowledge that they got such a hgih rating in here cause they are WORTHLESS!

Maybe you should actually tell your players, that they need to write a mail to set limits? On your site it says, that you can set limits and it takes effekt immediately. How can something be immediately, when you have to wait untill support are at work?
It really seems like Vipercasino dont know anything about gambling addiction, when they think gamble addicted players can wait for such a long time to be prevented from playing.

Also, you didnt reply to the fact, that you offer gambling addicted players a bonus, when they ask to get deleted because of their addction. Do you really find that responsible? All other licenseproviders, will give you a warning for such behavior.

When you ask to get self excluded because of gambling addiction, they offer you a bonus instead.And they call them self a responsible casino? I know the casino have a cheap crappy Curacao license that are worth absolutely nothing for the players, and thats why Casinos like Viperspin can get away with that kind of behavior.

The casinos own t/c are also indredible misleading as they tell their players, that they can set limits and that they will takes effekt immediately - the truth is, that you need to write a mail to their support and then wait for them to respond. For me it took 6 hours for them to respond, and meanwhile I lost another 300 dollars.

STAY AWAY from this none-responsible casino - they dont deserve any good ratings. The funny thing is... all their reviews so far are from new users here at casino guru - all of them has been registered today and have only reviewed Viperspin casino... HMM 8-/
