It has been over a month since I won $50 from they're welcome bonus. I sent the verification materials they requested and I have yet to hear back from them. The customer service when I can speak to them on the website are constantly repeating the same thing. Saying they don't have access to the banking Department. It's become somewhat of a joke it's like no one can reach them. The worst experience I've ever had with a casino. And I've dealt with Silver Oaks. Do not waste your time there.
