I made several deposits with my own credit card and just played with my own money. I didnt claim any bonus. And yet, my account got blocked without a message and reason. I didnt get help from live support and they forwarded me to block-department. After sending several emails, I got an answer from them and was asked to provide documents. I have sent all the documents and yet I didn't receive an answer. I still had money left on my account, money that I deposited and they refuse to pay it out. This is a totally unprofessional and scammy casino. They will just steal your money. Be aware and dont register here.

I registered here a couple of days ago to place bets on some football matches. I dwposited two times and didnt still receive the first dwposit bonus. I have tried to contact the live chat, which is nwver online. I have written over 15 3mails and yet no reply. Their customer seevice is literally not existing...

Supporten är absolut dålig. Jag har försökt stänga mitt konto permanent i månader och jag ignoreras helt enkelt. De lovar mig även bonusar och gratisspel för mina insättningar och då hör inte damen av sig igen. När jag kontaktar supporten är svaret att jag ska vänta på Emma eftersom hon är arbetslös.
  • Det finns inget positivt att rapportera, förutom kanske det breda utbudet av fotbollsspel.
  • Mycket dålig kundsupport och mycket bedrägligt beteende.
