it's the worst experience I've ever had.
I honestly thought casinos didn't do that anymore, but there are still those who are dishonest and greedy in their business.

Why don't they request everything in one letter?

This all goes to show that this is a casino with untalented managers.
Who greedily hold users money in their accounts and don't want to part with it. Looking for 1,000 reasons not to pay users.
