I am the user with the game I.D 10357120, on my first withdrawals I was asked to provide proof of identity and adress, I did but couldn't get my withdrawals only for the account to be blocked, I do not have multiple accounts, have always used a single I.P adress....I did not in anyway violate a rule, you asked for my card details, I provided it,I even gave a court affidavit to back up my documents, yet you accused me of clause 9.7 in the general terms without a specification of offence!

I have never withdrawn from the account but you took away my deposits.

This is a very bad BOOKMAKER, they're are fraudulent in shadows.
