Very questionable casino.
Very low weekly cashout even in crypto, withdrawals take days/weeks to get paid and during that time you can cancel them easily.
I find this very predatory. Also it is first time see that with crypto. Usually this is used with Fiat only, never saw a casino where I could cancel a crypto cashout.
You have to fight to get the rewards you have won.
Exemple I placed first 2 times on the daily leaderboard, also placed 3rd or 4th on the monthly and also in the weekly leaderboard, I was owed a total of 1000 free spins, 500$ for the monthly and 200$ for the weekly ( and I assumed those prize are in EUR currency)
I had 14.5k in pending withdrawals and since I was not receiving my prize won I messaged the support, they told me they could not credit me my prize since I had pending cashout...
so I waited almost 3 weeks for them to pay me in full to go ask support again to get my prize, he only gave me one of them ( the 500$ from monthly leaderboard )...
I told him it was more than that.... then he tells me that only the most recent prize won are valid and that it voided the others.... told him it was not my fault if they took 3 weeks to pay me in full. I argued with him for 20 min and told him that was not fair that I won theses prize legitimately and that I would come here do a review and he finally changed his mind and told me to come back to get all my other prize won !
So basically if you win something there you might have to fight to get it.
And also remember when I said these prize are listed in EUR..
Well I received them in CAD at the same amount....500 EUR should be like 700 in cad.
Will definitely not play there anymore. I just can't believe that roshtein is backing/promoting this kind of casino.
