My experience at this particular casino.
Firstly.
Very slow withdrawals.
If you make a withdrawal on Friday they will put the money in on Monday or Tuesday.
(personally I only used neteller)
Secondly.
Yesterday Sunday 24/9 while the casino sent me an email about deposit bonuses (77%). After contacting their chat, they confirmed that I can receive the bonus after deposit. So I made my deposit and then they told me that after an order from their administrator they exclude me from the offer without explaining the reason.
In all Altacore N.V. group casinos which I have written I have bad experiences with slow withdrawals, payment denials with unfair terms for players.
Personally, after yesterday's incident, I closed all the casinos of the Altacore N.V. group.
The only good thing is that it's VPN friedly, but still I can't give anything positive about it.
