Hello, when you win such a large amount it can sometimes take time if the casino made some checks but from what you describe it was approved from their side. Do you see it somewhere in the transactions that it was already approved ? I guess I wouldn't be negative yet and be patient and see how it goes.

Tror detta är ett stort misstag från deras sida för jag är mern säker på att dom hittar på just för att inte betala ut så stor summa och då skylls det på att man har flera konto
