I haven't reached out to them yet. Was going to tomorrow. Not 100% sure what to say but I don't think I have to lie? Say I made the purchases doe joy casino and not foe all these whacko names showing up on my statement. Can I go back like a year for all of the money I've spent there ?

I got a full refund and the transactions were from 2023. The reason is that Mass toyin ltd uses mastercards own payment gateway (mpgs). So this will only work for this specific merchant

Firstly gaming sites are not allowed to except credit cards any longer for gambling transactions this was a new law passed I am not sure when this came in but it definitely is active as I was only reading about it the other day on the ukgc website. So find the info and go back to them with the info and ask them to refund expecially betway I have had run ins with this joke of a site and managed to get refunded after threatening to expose them to national newspapers for fraudulent activity. They soon gave me my funds back. Then contact your credit card provider by the way ignore gaminglars he can't help you.

Jag tror att ett spelbolag som bryter mot och inte respekterar lokala lagar bryr sig inte ett dugg om efterlevnad.
Dessutom kommer spelbolagen att berätta om hur man begär återbetalning. Någon gång kommer de att vara vana vid det. Då blir det inga mer pengar. Majoriteten av personer som har begärt betalningar från elegro och co. har fått resultatet: inga pengar!

And what's your fees? You have no gaurentee that you can retrieve players funds. Do you charge fees upfront. If you really wanted to help people you would be sharing your knowledge on here openly.

Sure. Just to be clear though, the reason I got refunded was that the merchant used mpgs which is mastercards own payment gateway. So they have violated their own rules. this method will only work for a few number of merchants.

Does anyone have any experience with Noda/Nauda pay? Do they refund? I'm still sorting alot of transactions out and they seem to be on a few bank transfers. I know bank transfers are more difficult but if anybody has had any success it would be great to know what was said etc. Thanks guys!
