it just says rejected at 22 bet (earlier it said "denied by operator")

I have successfully completed the identification of a bank card account and that document they requested

had requested a withdrawal and within a period of about 5 days it was completed and the money went to my card then I asked for a withdrawal again and specifically 5 withdrawals of 1.290 euro in total and they were approved almost immediately, the problem is that 12 days have passed and they do not complete the payment my bank I am in constant contact with the competent department of the bank and so far they have not sent any request for the amount (I want to say that the first withdrawal where I requested took place normally, I have the problem now in the other 5 new withdrawals)

yes I have sent e-mail several times and I get exactly the same answers that I give them my account details and send a screen shot of the withdrawals I have requested all these I have done and I have sent them many times without any result also in a reply of the previous days I was told that there is no withdrawal request and the amounts have been paid and they referred to the first withdrawal I told you before in the message after another attempt I automatically got a message again after many hours to send them the withdrawal in photo where I did it and now they do not answer me for two days

In this case, I suggest you to submit a complaint on our website. It must be really annoying when you can't reach anyone who would give you any relevant information about your withdrawal. I just don't understand this behaviour.

Hej allihopa,

Jag registrerade mig på den här webbplatsen idag, spelade totalt 170 € i sportspel och vann 770 € ... Jag försökte ta ut via Mastercard och det gav mig "Process nekad av operatören" flera gånger efter att ha kontaktat e-poststödpersonalen svarade att jag kunde ta ut via banköverföring eftersom de aktiverade det, jag gjorde uttag på 770 € genom banköverföring och nu är det i "GODKÄNT" STATUS ... Frågan är: kan jag vara tyst, det vill säga statusen ÖPPEN gör det betyder "Klar" eller kan jag fortfarande ha problem?


Om någon har haft samma erfarenhet, tack på förhand för svaret.

In most terms and conditions it’s forbidden to use someone else’s card to deposit and generally all winnings are void and get confiscated. This company may make an exception if your lucky

Actually if they tell you to create an e-wallet, that's what I would do. In case you get the message from them saying "Unable to withdraw funds. You need to withdraw with same method than deposit. Withdraw in proportion of your deposits", then I would contact them and asked: "OK, I did what you asked me to do then what should I do next?" Because they can always override the rule and send all the money to your e-wallet anyways.

Even though it's time consuming and doesn't make any sense, I would follow their instructions since getting the money is the most important part of it.

Laura from the testing center gave me very good tips in order to do the process the right way but I still got the error message I have mentioned in my previous post. I created skrill account, added 10€ with paysafecard method since supposedtly mastercard will kill process. I then bet 11€ on 2.3 odds to be "safe" and tried to withdraw with Skrill (new withdrawl lethod created for this fraudulant company) but it didn't work. I certify I have done everything right and in the correct order.

I contacted them and they sent me the same copy paste message they have been sending me for the last 30 e-mails out of 52 I have sent them. I filed a complaint and recieved an e-mail from Kristina saying my complaint will be worked on but still nothing. I imagine you guys have a lot of work and you are my only hopes since 22bet put me in a dead end situation. They are clearly making fun of the situation and I'm starting to loose it. I wish I had the piece of shit founder in front of me...

To be honest, 22Bet does not have the best reputation. A tip for the next time, before you start playing at a casino, look at the reviews 😉 I understand that is not helping you with your current problem, but more to prevent it in the future.


Is it possible to call them, sometimes it helps to keep stalking them, haha.
