She got her money back, but the 3 of us were "peas in a pot" all 3 rule 9.7 all 3 proving innocence.
But she was paid while the 2 of us were not.
And the casino was responsive to my complaint.

I read your complaint, it was said that we had similar complaints and the casino provided evidence that your account was tagged with mine....I think this was what made them think we are thesame persons.
They said I used your email adress to open an account with 1win.
You said your account and money was confiscated in the month of March, I opened an account with 1win in the month of may.
By march this year I don't know anything about 1win.
Why are they confusing us both??

I can see that the casino asked ya if all your winnings came from sports, if you've played casino games before,then I think they might be able to help you and ofcourse if you're sure that your violation didn't come from the games you played.
