As an update, instead of receiving my withdrawal yesterday as promissed, I received this email from the casino, yesterday, end of afternoon:
"We would like to inform you that due to some technical reasons your withdrawal request is expected to be processed tomorrow till the end of the day."
Lets keep our eyes open with this casino.
