I have deposited 90k to royaljeet.com on 30th Nov through upi now the date is 9th December my deposited amount not added to my gaming wallet and neither reversed to my account I have submitted all the proofs including bank statements and upi transaction screenshot with utr number 



I have also enquired my bank amount that transaction they clearly reveted me back after 3 days stating that the amount received to the merchant "Bloomingnet infotainment "


Msg HDFC Bank-Complaint No 00622340000705 Your UPI txn of Rs 90000.00 has been credited to beneficiary's A/c on 30.11.2022. For Further clarification, kindly liaise with Beneficiary.


But when ever i ask the customer support ther are telling that wait for some time team is working even after 10 days the same thing they are telling me

I guess they will not reply they don't care about their reputation really worst experience with royaljeet I'm facing as a gambler we already have lots of financial problems in that they will include this kind stupid problems this support team the really don't know any thing about royaljeet they simply follow the templates and they post that to us we will solve the issue we are looking in to your issue all this nonsense they will post us every time even after 10dayz of suffering they are still posting me same story

Hello,

sadly, in case your deposit is missing, the casino has to consult with its payment provider, this is usually a 3rd party company, and such "investigation" can take quite some time.

Are you still in touch with the casino? It's important to keep communication alive, still, it will take some time, I'd say.

What ever it might be its their responsibility I'm following up them from 10days but their support is worst support no one is looking in to the issue when I ask they will simply answer team is working


From 10days I asked them 200 times their answer is one dialog team is working that's it they never changed all the 200 times

I have even spoke to them in what's app call but their answer never changed team is working


Even after all the proofs and documents submitted their answer is one team is working


I don't know what work team is working

Submitted each and every proof with screen shot and document proof like statements and etc I asked them what else do you want I will provide they never asked me anything and never resolved anything or never updated me anythinf


Royaljeet support is really worst as I said

I feel your anger, but what do you expect, if you ask the casino over and over again 200 times already? Far too often, I think 🙏.

it is good that you submitted the complaint, still, as Nick mentioned:

"I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider."

Do I assume correctly that you contacted the payment provider and all seems fine from its side? 🤔 Sadly, seems like we have to wait for the casino to explain...
