Hello. Sorry to hear that, this must be really an unpleasant situation. You know what, though? Maybe somebody from the casino representatives will reach out to you right here on forum and we could potentially find out some more information😉.

May I ask if you have been fully verified in this casino? Was this your first withdrawal request?

ROLR Casino has not paid out a $60 win for more than 3 days, although my deposit was $20 and I did not use any bonuses!!! The support team responds every day that they have sent a request to their finance department and need to wait, and every day I get the same response! I do not advise anyone to play at this casino, because if they cannot pay $ 60 during, as they say, within 1 hour and no longer than 24 hours, then you should not even try to win more amounts from them!!!

I make a second withdrawal at this casino and it has been going on for more than 7 days, only $100!!!They accept payments instantly, but make withdrawals when they want, or do not do it at all. It is useless to contact support, they only say that this is not their concern, but the concern of the financial department, which is always checking payments. I have a feeling that I will be waiting for the next payment for several months or a year... I absolutely advise no one to use this casino.

Hello there. May I ask about your first withdrawal, please? Was it successful at the end? I saw the casino has replied to you, and explained the situation before. Hopefully it'll be like that this time as well and your issue will be solved directly with the casino. It is a good sign when a casino representative is willing to help their players even thru our forum, don't you think so?
