Jag skapade ett konto för 15 dagar sedan, skickade dokumenten de bad om och skickade sedan fler, men medan de sa till mig att dokumenten var korrekta, verifierade de dem inte och jag kan inte göra ett uttag.


Jag har skickat det de bad om och de säger till mig att jag måste vänta på grund av mängden arbete på avdelningen som gör verifieringen. 15 dagar!!!

Do you mean that the deposit didn't reach your casino account? Right?

Have you tried to contact the live chat and the support by email as well?

What about your payment provider?Try to ask if everything is okay on their side as well, and let us know, please.
