No the bonus conditions changed and since I won the money they've changed again because I have to accept new terms and conditions before I can even log back into my account. I can't help but feel something changed because I won the money and they're finding a way to not pay me

Ya so how does that go against me it's the casino that won't answer they should be blacklisted like on the other review pages I've asked for my gaming history multiple times

I read your complaint again and I feel that there was a kind of misunderstanding about acquiring the gaming history. Kristina waited for the confirmation that you asked the casino to provide it, and the moment you wrote that the casino ignores you, you also mentioned that you were seeking help elsewhere.

From my point of view, it will be best if you ask the complaint to be reopened and state the reason that the casino keeps ignoring you, so you have no chance to acquire the gaming history. Hence you ask us to contact the casino on your behalf.

I believe that your case is worth checking, and we are not fond of closing complaints without even trying to move forward.

I mer än 15 dagar har jag försökt ta ut det jag vann på megacasinot, det var 1800 de betalade inte det reducerat till 1300 efter många bråk med att de skickade dokument om igen till kontot de skickade ett e-postmeddelande sa att allt var ok

Att på måndagen den 27/02/2023 skulle uttaget ramla in på kontot, inget föll då sa de att kontot var fel och att de för några dagar sedan själva skickade ett mail om att allt var ok att uttaget var inne framsteg, jag har e-postmeddelandena jag vill varna Mega Casino och falska bedragare

De skickade ytterligare ett e-postmeddelande och sa att kontot är fel som om de stannade mer än 15 dagar senare skickade de själva ett mejl som sa att allt var ok min åsikt alla bedragare och det enda ordet jag har för att sammanfatta denna dåliga kasinokaraktär

I noticed you addressed about ten players with this friendly recommendation. Pardon my manners, but could you support it with a screenshot showing your successful withdrawals?

You know, gambling is a very competitive industry, and even though I have no reason not to believe you, I prefer to be straight. Players usually don't act like this, so your cooperation is appreciated.

The last time I saw such a high level of quite similar engagement, no screenshots were provided.
