I'm sorry to say that, still, allow me to quote from your complaint:

"Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Therefore, I would recommend that you wait for at least one more week. I will keep this complaint open and if your account is not verified by the end of this time frame, do not hesitate to let us know and we will intervene. Please, keep us updated about any further developments."

Before it wouldn't let me go to withdraw now it does but it's e-transfer so 2000 at a time so we will see what happens it's progress atleast

So just an update I got off work to see I recieved an email from the brand ambassador of mega casino congratulating me on the big win and asking me a couple questions and for a selfie so that makes me feel alot better about this I will keep you updated about if I get the money

Except they offered me a bunch of free spins and bonus saying it won't affect my withdraw but that's not true I try withdraw it says I can't cause there's a bonus and I can't cancel like is this for real I'm definitely not touching a bonus till I get my money

Update the bonuses have been removed and I requested a withdrawal hope it works because this is really stressful

No, I don't know what's happening. I logged onto my account. It shows my winnings are gone and my withdrawal was canceled. I don't have no idea what's going on 😦

The said in reached the bonus terms which is a lie the bonus was from my first deposit which was 30$ meaning the max bet was 3$ I never exceeded that the money I won was off my second deposit which was after the bonus funds were gone and even when I hit the 10 grand I was only betting $1 mega casino is 100% a scam no wonder it's BLACKLISTED everywhere else

I understand your frustration. All those issues must be consulted with the casino to find their point of view and proof, this usually takes a few days at least so, I'll get back to your complaint probably by the end of next week to see how it goes. Best of luck to you. 🤞

Ya well from what I see the complaint are closed because you guys didn't help the people so they went elsewhere for help, There bonus terms are unfair and casino guru continues to give them a high rating. The complaints are real and if you look anywhere else you would see the truth stay away from mega casino you will be sorry I know I am

I can't say I agree with your opinion, if players do not wish to wait for a reasonable resolution, we can hardly do anything about that. 🙁


We offer this service for free, and also care for every detail worth considering to make sure the ratings are adjusted accordingly every time the casinos fail to provide the necessary proof. What is written elsewhere is a good hint, but we prefer information we can evaluate first. 


We also try to find new members for the completely overwhelmed complaint team, because it consists of only 13 people at the moment. The current number of open complaints is 728. I guess that would be great if players consider this as well.

Yea well she didn't even take what I was saying into consideration . I said the bonus terms are rigged she doesn't understand what I said she said well, if the max bets in the bonus terms it's fine. However, the max bet changed after I started playing from one bonus to the next. At first, my max bet was only allowed to be $3 then all of a sudden it wasn't allowed to be over $0.10 It changed from what I read the first time. They are a scam and because I can't access my gaming history because the casino won't answer me. She dismissed my complaint so the casino stays with a good rating now when really they ripped me off. I will never trust casino gurus ratings again, they're the reason I'm in this position in the first place for recommending scamming casinos. I don't know if I feel more misled by the casino or from casino guru so thanks

The bonuses conditions are not always clear for users, so that may be the problem.
