Hello, since you have been waiting for quite a long time for your withdrawal, I would not hesitate and I would recommend you to file a complaint. Almost a month is not good for me to wait for a cashout and it would be good to know from the casino what's going on since you said that everything was fine so far. So they didn't tell you any reason why the withdrawal was delayed, only that you were supposed to get the money by Monday ?

Hej, de berättade att de hade ekonomiska problem men att allt var löst, att de också hade problem med chatten och att de hade löst det också men från 24/04 till 8/05 betalade de ingenting och jag tänkte att begäran om att dra tillbaka gick fel och jag gjorde det igen den 8:e! Jag skickar dem mejl kontinuerligt men ingenting, de svarar inte... De gjorde det en gång förra veckan och sa att det skulle betalas på måndag, men inget annat. Jag vet verkligen inte vad jag ska tänka längre.

I have a withdrawal pending since the 23rd May with atlantis slots of 1000 euro my account fully verified I have had a successful withdrawal weeks ago which took 8 days.


The chat is not working the emails are coming back saying incorrect mail system. I did get a email over a week ago stating the withdrawal is pending but its still pending 12 13 days later

Yes how do I make a complaint...I have a withdrawal pending 13 days of 1000 . I am fully verified (5 months) It's not bonus money .. I previously won 1000 and it came within 8 days..I have tried the chat and it won't let me speak to agent I can't reach out via email as they keep coming back even though says ticket created.
