Yeah understand if their rating gets low. But still The owner of that company is a major curacao license holder famagousta bv. The reputation of The license holder is on The like here not 21bets. So The solution would be to contact famagousta and to discuss this further with Them, regarding a payout of my funds that are seriously delayed. I mean curacao license is not anything that should be illegaly used right

The problem is that acquiring a license is just about money, licenses, and especially sub-licenses are just other goods for sale 🙁.

So technically, the casino owner simply buys the sub-license from one of the companies dealing with this business in Curacao. Allow me to say that all Curacao sub-licenses are considered pretty weak. The regulator usually doesn't care about players' issues.

What I find extremely interesting is the fact that gambling itself is forbidden in Curacao, those sub-license sellers only aim to provide their services to foreign companies. From my point of view, it's just about money.

Could someone kindly let me know as to how I can get them to accept my "provisional" license which has turned into a massive fuss for no reason whatsoever. I have provided multiple Bank Statements and images of my license. They should have sufficient grounds to verify my identity. I would just like to withdraw and if their intention is to hope that I'll give up, I won't. Most of their email responses never answer my questions or address specific concerns.

Im with you in this. How many documents do they think they can continue requesting from you. Don't worry, I've determined what they are. They are compulsive liars. They make every effort to not pay out hoping you'll give up. We'll get through it together. And if and when that happens, we'll find somewhere else more reputable.

Right on point. It's 100% on purpose. They're hoping you'll give up, lose the winnings and then don't have to pay out. This is highly unethical.

Radka is on vacation, but no worries. It is normal. I'm not saying they require it from every play in every casino, but this is still a standard procedure that some casinos use to verify players.

You never know why they require it, but it could be simply because you have the same name as another player in their casino etc.

Definitely no other has the same name. I’ve got the photo. Just my face and the birth certificate. Are they trying to verifiy that it is me as the player or are they using any possible excuse to delay withdrawal. Which I think may be the case. But ultimately will this casino do anything illicit or harmful to my identify and data?

I can't even assure you that you'll receive the withdrawal once you send them what they asked for 🙁 I'm just saying they 100% won't approve your withdrawal if you don't send it.

That’s true. They will not hand over the money until what’s required has been given. And since I have, I’m waiting on the outcome of the withdrawal request.But they continue to throw obstacles.
