Buran Casino - Spelarens konto öppnades igen efter stängning.

I closed my Burancasino account on 09/05 with my VIP manager (due to gambling addiction) - it’s all clearly visible in the Whatsapp chat. This Wednesday, my burancasino.com account was reopened (I received an email about it). On Thursday, I received my salary and promptly lost 550 EUR on Friday. Burancasino was fully aware of my gambling addiction and still reopened my account? Please, I urgently need help.

Ich habe mein burancasino am 05.09. bei meinem VIP-Betreuer geschlossen (aufgrund Spielsucht) - ist alles im Whatsapp chat genau ersichtlich. Diesen Mittwoch wurde mein burancasino.com Konto wiedereröffnet (bekam ich per mail). Am Donnerstag erhielt ich mein Gehalt und verspielte prompt am Freitag 550,- EUR. Burancasino wusste genau von meiner Spielsucht und wiedereröffnet mein Konto? Bitte dringend um Hilfe.

• Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly?
• For how long was your account originally self-excluded?
• When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

1) It says "not verified" in the account but I have already received a withdrawal which was processed without any problems.

2) please read the chat history on whatsapp, I stated that I am a pathological gambling addict and I can't even buy myself something to eat.

3) with the VIP supervisor.. see screenshots of the WhatsApp chat.

The VIP supervisor blocked my account on September 5th due to gambling addiction. The block due to gambling addiction should not be time-limited if I say that I can't buy anything to eat and that I'm addicted to gambling?!

The VIP advisor even sent me various links for gambling addiction help and advice (see history). I blocked myself from all my casinos for self-protection and then I received an opening email from Buran 🙁.

der vip-betreuer hat am 05.09. die kontosperre wegen spielsucht durchgeführt. Die sperre wegen spielsucht sollte doch ohne zeitbegrenzung sein, wenn ich sage, dass ich mir nichts zu essen kaufen kann und dass ich krankhaft spielsüchtig bin?!

Der Vip-Berater hat mir sogar diverse links für spielsuchthilfe und beratung geschickt (siehe verlauf). Ich habe mich bei all meinen casinos gesperrt aus selbstschutz und dann bekomme ich ein eröffnungsmail von buran 🙁.

Is there any way to prove that the chat on the screenshots is between you and Buran Casino?

Please understand that we need to see some connection with the casino in the conversation otherwise it is not a relevant evidence.

I'm sorry but it is not clear at all whether it is the casino or not - there is not a single evidence that it would be. The screenshots contains a simple chat which could have occurred with basically anybody - there is no indication that it would be an employee of the casino.

If possible, please forward a relevant evidence otherwise we can't further assist you.

For me that is proof enough!

but apparently casino guru is financed by the casinos. - if the case is closed due to a lack of evidence, then please can my casino guru account be closed at the same time, then I will have to take legal action against the casinos.

aber scheinbar wird casino guru hon den casinos finanziert. - wenn der fall wegen mangelnder beweise abgebrochen wird, dann kann bitte direkt mein casino guru konto mitgeschlossen werden, dann muss ich wohl gerichtlich gegen die casinos vorgehen.

As mentioned above twice already, the chat can't be considered as a proof as there is not a single indication that the chat is between you and a representative from the casino - it can be basically between you and a friend.

Additionally, you have been informed in some of your previous complaints here to to properly ask for a self-exclusion.
