It’s been 4 months since I requested my withdrawal on a fully verified account .
Zero comms from the support email.
Online help keeps repeating they can’t help and I need to be more patient as some withdrawals take months.
I truly think they can’t find any reason to not pay our so I’m constantly been fobbed off.
I’ve asked multiple times if I’m wasting my time but of course they won’t admit it.
Over the last 4 months I’ve been through checks , additional checks , Anti fraud game history and now it’s a case
