Biggest complaint is the withdrawal process. I tried to withdrawal $450. I waited the 7 day waiting period for withdrawals.(In my opinion 7 days is a long time to process a withdrawal) in day 7 got my withdrawal via Bitcoin. The problem is they only sent 200. I was told the casino held the right to break up payments. So now I have to wait 7 days for 250. I could understand breaking up if the amount was higher, But to break up withdrawals under 1000 is ridiculous. I do enjoy site but they could be more efficient in customer service, withdrawals and the verification process. Advice I would give is verify before you play.
