Joined this site a few weeks ago, site is good with plenty of games to choose from. Verification of Identity etc was fast and verified efficiently.
won and lost money through playing. Won again around €450 so decided to withdraw. It does state they only withdraw to a Mastercard, but I tried to withdraw to the card I used (Visa) which was rejected. Contacted them via live chat, they were very responsive and helpful and told me to upload and get a Mastercard verified (I used my starling card) and the withdrawal was created again. 36 hours later the funds was in my account.
decided to continue depositing and playing over the next week days, and then won €2000. After reading reviews on here about how this site pay out the first withdrawal and then nothing else, didn’t fill me with a lot of confidence. I did a withdrawal request and 48 hours later I got an email saying it was rejected due to a technical error. My account manager said this sometimes can happen, and that I could maybe use another Mastercard - she recommended revolut or Skrill as these had 99% chance of having no issues with withdrawing, so I opened a Skrill and got that Mastercard verified but in the meantime I tried to withdraw via my starling again. 36 hours later the funds were in my account. So today I should receive my 3rd withdrawal (have to do 5 in total as my winnings were 2k) so fingers crossed there are no issues with this.
I think give them the benefit of the doubt and be patient, try alternative Mastercard or a site they recommend and hopefully withdrawals will be good for you.
I know the €400 withdrawal limit is annoying and long when you have a large winning amount but I would rather they pay out slowly than not at all
