Boy. I wish I had read these reviews before being enticed by free chips. Similar to Kats Casino, NFC has good games and are generous with free chips. However, everything else is terrible. Multiple repeated KYC docs sent before being verified. More than a week! Pending payout for 8 days, with terrible VIP and chat agent support. Run around on status of payout. Told third party is used, then VIP host said no it’s internal but would never provide direct access nor provide any further info on process.
Particularly inept was my VIP host, Austin. Asked to repeatedly help push payout through in 7 days but that deadline has come and gone after assurances it would.
