They wont let me close my account. Despite many discussions/emails, they tell me it's in their terms and conditions that i am not allowed to close my account. The best they could do is to pause it for a month at a time. Meaning i need to contact them each month to do so. When i dont, i'm constantly spammed with marketing (i can block the emails), yet they use different numbers to text.
