I have played at Betonline and its siter sites for at least 3 years now. In the first 5 months I won a $98k progressive jackpot on slots follow by 3 x $10k hits on a different slot.
I played for a while, probably 3 days, then I decided to cash out. When I went to cash out, they tried to prevent me from cashing out over a remaining $2 in a free play bonus from the sports betting side. It was clearly a new rep i was talking to, because when things were escalated they removed the free play and approved my withdrawal. I had roughly $90k in my BTC wallet in 30 minutes.
However, I have heard from many friends they have either been prevented from withdrawing or dubious claims about having multiple accounts levied on them and they never received their money.
The thing that bothers me about Betonline, I feel that blackball you a bit from winning on any RNG or digital games if you have won quite a bit previously. I'm not the only player to feel this way. I would not have believed that claim previously. Then I started to think about my play experience. On days when I was winning, I was winning on EVERY SINGLE SLOT. On days when I was losing, I was losing on EVERY SINGLE SLOT. This was always the game behavior, never any different. There was never a mix of winning or losing per slot it was always all one way or all the other. I'm sorry...but that's not how randomization or luck works!
