Casinot i sig är riktigt väldesignat och erbjuder ett stort urval av spel. Supporten är också OK. Men det är tyvärr inte det enda som betyder något. Ett stort minus är utbetalningen.
Förra veckan ville jag skriva något positivt här eftersom jag vann, begärde ett uttag, genomförde verifieringen och hade pengarna på mitt konto efter tre dagar. Tre dagar är bra tycker jag.
Jag har dock flera uttag på gång. Jag har faktiskt väntat på mitt andra uttag i nio dagar nu. Problemet är att jag även har tre andra väntande uttag. Väntan är riktigt tråkig - speciellt eftersom det första uttaget behandlades så snabbt.
Jag är nyfiken på om pengarna ens kommer in på mitt bankkonto. Det skulle vara riktigt synd, för jag tycker faktiskt att casinot är ganska trevligt. Men tja, det är vad det är. Tyvärr finns det inget bra betyg för det.
Om du skriver till supporten får du bara standardutlåtandet att de har många uttagsförfrågningar.

Last week I wanted to write something positive here because I won, requested a withdrawal, completed the verification and had the money in my account after three days. Three days is fine, I think.
However, I have several withdrawals pending. I've actually been waiting for my second withdrawal for nine days now. The problem is that I also have three other pending withdrawals. The wait is really tedious - especially because the first withdrawal was processed so quickly.
I'm curious whether the money will even arrive in my bank account. It would be a real shame, because I actually find the casino quite pleasant. But well, it is what it is. Unfortunately, there is no good rating for that.
If you write to support, you only get the standard statement that they have a lot of withdrawal requests.
Das Casino an sich ist wirklich toll aufgebaut und bietet eine tolle Auswahl an Spielen. Der Support ist auch ganz okay. Das allein macht es aber leider nicht aus. Ein ganz großes Minus betrifft die Auszahlung.
Vorige Woche wollte ich hier etwas Positives schreiben, denn ich habe gewonnen, die Auszahlung beantragt, die Verifizierung durchgeführt und das Geld nach drei Tagen auf meinem Konto gehabt. Drei Tage sind in Ordnung, finde ich.
Allerdings habe ich mehrere Auszahlungen laufen. Auf meine zweite Auszahlung warte ich nun tatsächlich schon seit neun Tagen. Das Problem ist, dass ich zusätzlich noch drei weitere offene Auszahlungen habe. Das Warten ist wirklich mühsam – vor allem, weil die erste Auszahlung so schnell bearbeitet wurde.
Ich bin gespannt, ob das Geld überhaupt noch auf meinem Bankkonto ankommt. Es wäre wirklich schade, denn eigentlich finde ich das Casino ziemlich sympathisch. Aber gut, es ist, wie es ist. Dafür gibt es leider keine gute Bewertung.
Wenn man den Support anschreibt, bekommt man nur die Standard-Aussage, dass sie viele Auszahlungsaufträge haben.
