The casino will verify your account before deposit, after withdrawal they will ask for re-verification which is practically impossible to do. They ask for some ID every now and then. They do not accept utility bills, phone. They do not accept Revolut even though you can deposit there through Revolut. When I was asked for a document from another bank it was still not enough because the account must be active. The casino is considered a scam and please do not advertise such platforms.
I would like to file an official complaint against this casino and get my money back. I could use the chargeback procedure but maybe you can help me get my money back and my winnings
