They claim to be registered at several addresses worldwide - one in Costa Rica, one in Cyprus and one in the UK. The one in the UK was removed from the map in 2005 (by the Royal Mail) - the other addresses do not exist.
They refuse to close the account when the customer requests the said closure.
They refuse to answer emails and on the odd ocassion that they do, the reason they come up with the delay in paying you, is that they have had a multitude of withdrawals and these things take time.
They have fake reviewers online saying the casino is brilliant and pays out and no problems are ever experienced.
I warn you all now, this is not true. This casino takes your money and simply keeps it.
