I had 60 USD on my balance, when I tried to make a withdrawal they started asking me tons documents.
I provided them all kinds of selfies and bank statements to prove my address.
After that they started asking me absurd photos like that
"Please, upload a selfie with your ID document (the elbow should be visible) in front of your house, which is stated in your profile.
Make sure that details in the ID document and the house number are clearly visible."
My house has no numberplate and even if it had, how could someone focus the camera on passport details and on a house number plate which is far ?
