I've used this casino for maybe around a year, depositing roughly once a month or so. Sometimes multiple times in one go.

I won a huge amount of money earlier this week. Completed all the verification methods with ease including the live photo. Uploaded all documents needed.

Support has not responded to me once. The bots tell me to email kyc@needforspin or support@needforspin and I've heard nothing.

So sad but I think all the reviews are true unfortunately.

Update : So I windrawl 2100$ total on June 25th 2024 of June and I received 700$ so far on June 27th 2024 I’m a little confused on why the other 2 didn’t get process at the same time as the other one hoping there just a few hours of process apart



Hoping all these bad reviews are not true about this casino . So far it’s been quite easy and hoping I don’t get the run around like everyone else is having . I won a big amount and hoping it’s an easy process sure the 500 Eur a day windrawl is not the greatest but it is what it is . Also the Monday to Friday KYC from 9am to 6pm is not the greatest they should try and get a 24hr team for us Canadian the time difference is not the greatest . Customer service is the worst bot ever. Never answered any questions and always said to send email. I sent the email in all compartments but they only replied via bot. I had a really great run of luck at this casino and won a substantial amount of money after only one deposit on several game providers.
