I I requested $100 withdrawal in early October turned in my verification of identity the same day since then they said they have sent it to my bank five times and it's been returned my bank says no now they ask for Bitcoin addresses I give them two they still can't find me I asked them to mail me a paper check nothing one excuse after another and is this a suitable offense

Hello, to have such difficulties since October it is pretty long time. I am sorry for that. Do I understand well that your account is not fully verified yet , am I correct? Did you ask casino for sending you the transaction ID? ..when they say they sent it 5 times? I would try to ask them for ID first and then to contact your bank and ask for help regarding the unsuccessful transactions. There might be some issue when putting the numbers/symbols and spaces when making the bank transfer from their side. Is it the same bank account from which you deposited in casino? Please inform us later how the whole situation develops. Thank you.

No my identity has been fully verified, yes I have asked for 8d. They tell me they don't have access to that info. Finance dept does. They will not connect me to them. They say they forward my request for contact. No one has ever contacted me.

Sir I had requested them for withdrawal on 17th of March which lasted the waiting period of whole that month. and nothing came out of it.sir they instead me to deposit more and stay active to able to get future withdrawal faster. Sir they were also sending various bonuses and free chip during the past fews days of me creating withdrawal request from the site.

But now Sir I don't receive any response from them neither on chat , nor on emails.which I have tried several times to get response from them.

And my account is kinda of dummy all deposit method and promotion pages on website is kinda of locked by them Sir.
