I deposited around 1000 euros in hot.bet.sports and won an additional 4000 euros, making it a total of 5000 euros. Some players compare the Curacao license to unlicensed casinos, so it varies a lot depending on what you seek to complain about.

Now it’s been 17 days since I Made the application to withdrawel and it’s still pending and the people in live chat, probably same guy is saying that he will tell the departement to hurry up Your case, and you will hear from usđŸ„č this is a joke and a scam

I tried to cancel the withdrawel then was pending a new transfer now after to days it says the transfer was failed. When I Ask the chat support, they tell me that they dont know for what reason it was failed.. they provede my with this email: support@hot.bet but they dont answer my Messages. Now I have tried to make a new transfer in Another bank account.

Regarding the withdrawal, it's strange that after so long the casino doesn't know where the problem is. When you entered the withdrawal to the other account, was it already verified? Could you let us know how it went the second time and if the withdrawal was successful ?

I'm not sure whether it was a good idea to cancel the initial withdrawal. You know this step usually works when some technical issue occurs, but in most other cases, it just slows things down a bit. That's what I've learned.

When it comes to the second attempt, it just failed. I would ask the casino which payment option is recommended for a player in your situation because, to me, it seems you are in contact with them, right?

When you say you tried to create another withdrawal, but to the other bank account, I hope this one is also yours. Is it?

If the payment option remains the same, I wonder how this change could possibly help. But I wish you good luck, of course!

The thing is that no update was happening That’s Why i canceled. Now the second time I tried to withdrawel I got no answer to Why it failed. I have tried to send a Mail but no answer. The fail transfer can also be because of the bank not allowing the transfer. Thats Why I tried a new transfer withdrawel in the other bank that I have a account in. But this is so bad because Even the support team dosent help me With nothing informativ. I get no answer Why..

It's certainly unpleasant when you don't get any help, I understand that, but I also share the view that such a case can sometimes prolong things unnecessarily. However, if the casino doesn't communicate, it probably didn't help to ask for a withdrawal again to another account. 

As for your complaint, did you provide Kristine with answers to the questions she asked ? If not, you can do so here. 

Nevertheless, we will have to wait for further developments because now it looks like the ball is in the casino's court and it would be best if they gave some explanation.
