They took £65000 from my account. the don't answer email and the phone number is fake.

I've got my bank have verified that the winnings I did receive all came from bank account based in Slovenia

I never got paid. I spoke to gambling authorities in UK -nothing they can do. I asked a lawyer to look into it, nothing they can do because the casino ignore ALL communication from them. I reported it to the police - again they say a crime hasn't been committed and its a civil matter i.e. the casino simply won't pay out and I'd need to take them to court to get anywhere. unfortunately for me we don't have any further information about the casino - where they are based, who the directors are. without that starting point there's no way of proceeding. It's a scam, but a very cute one.

They didn't pay me, they reduced the balance to £0. They said they changed the rules and UK players wee not allowed, even though I had won the money before the rule change, and they were still advertising UK winners after this. The T's & C's never mentioned this. They were quick to pay out my first win £5k in November 2020. took 4 weeks to process the next withdrawal of £3.5k, then took 6 weeks to process a third withdrawal of £5k. This 3rd withdrawal took my account balance to £65k. Then they blocked access to the account citing technical issues. I offered to accept a one off settlement of £50k if paid in lump sum. They said their limit was £5k per week and to be patient.

I know it's no help for you, but we included this casino into our own CasinoGuru blacklist. It's a pure scam. Since they're related to the bank in Slovenia, I guess that's where I'd start digging. You could probably contact the local police. It is a crime when you deposit money somewhere, accept their terms and conditions and they don't pay you the winnings according to the terms and conditions.

Chances are now they've moved bank account from Slovenia. It's garbage that they ignore all communication from me and from my lawyer. They have my winnings and don't give a toss. I won't back down, even if I have to visit Slovenia myself once it's safer to travel. Since "winning" however, I've not placed another stake online with any other casino, it's made me very wary. Pity though as I really enjoyed playing online.
